From the initial consultation call with Jade and Vern, we knew these two would be the team to find us the home that suited us best.
Safe to say that’s exactly what’s happened and we couldn’t be happier.
My wife and I aren’t patient people so both Jade and Vern had their work cut out managing us which they did exceptionally well. They were there to answer any and all questions we had and also reassured us (on far too many occasions) that they were locking down the perfect place for us.

From our very first conversation, I felt like Jade and Vern were completely invested in getting the right outcome for me. Jade's been brilliant! The whole process on buying an investment property was super simple, the amount of information we were given on various properties was incredible. The online platform made it super easy to see where each potential property was at and how far Jade had gotten with vetting and recommendations. As a first home buyer, Jade and Vern have been really great to work with! I was looking on my own for about a year without any luck at all, just watching prices creep up and having no idea what I was doing wrong. So I decided to try a buyer's agent and was introduced to Jade and then Vern. Not even three weeks later (weeks packed with public holidays at that) Jade and Vern had gotten me a contract and negotiated a very reasonable price.

They're both very enthusiastic and have great attitudes that will really prop you back up again if you've been feeling run down by buyer's burn out,  and they've always been available to answer even the silliest of questions even outside of regular business hours. As someone that gets incredibly nervous about new people and trying to wrangle a schedule on a deadline, it's been great to just have one point of contact that gets everything done so efficiently.
